The control plane for agentic commerce.
Decentra verifies the agent, scopes its authority, decrements its spend envelope and signs the authorization as one sealed operation, with evidence that holds up in a dispute.
Nobody governs what they are allowed to spend.
The payment stack was built for a human holding a card. Give an agent a stored credential and it can spend anything the key can spend: no envelope, no provenance, no stop. Decentra puts a layer between the agent and the money that the agent cannot bypass.
Verification, envelope and signature. One sealed operation.
Six layers between the agent and the money.
The agent proposes. Decentra verifies, evaluates, funds, seals and proves. Rail-agnostic by design: card, bank, stablecoin and the networks' own agentic rails.

Payments designed for the buyer that is software.
Card-network dispute rules assume a human cardholder. Agent-initiated transactions need structured intent, delegated authority and tamper-evident evidence to be defensible at all. Decentra's team brings direct card-network dispute operations expertise, so exception handling is designed in from the start.
Governance before the burn, not forensics after it.
The industry's default answer to agent risk is post-hoc detection: watch the agent, flag the anomaly, claw back the damage. That instinct fails at machine speed. Every uncontrolled agent transaction is an irreversible spend of money, credentials or compute.
Turning AI from asking intelligence to actionable intelligence.
Forward deployed engineering
Decentra pods inside payments and financial institutions, under fixed scope and milestone pricing, put the first governed agents into production in weeks.
Agentic factories
Governed agents design, build, test and document under engineer direction, with human review gates and provenance logs that keep intellectual property boundaries clear.
The platform
What remains when the pod leaves: platform licenses, agents under authority, usage on routed volume, readiness and monitoring.
We build the layer that decides what an agent may spend.
Decentra builds the control plane for agentic commerce. Enterprises, banks and payments companies register their agents with us, define what each one may do, and route every spend decision through a layer the agent cannot bypass. The agent's identity and authority are verified, its spend envelope is decremented, and the payment-authorizing signature is produced as one sealed operation, with evidence that holds up in a dispute.
We put the platform into production ourselves. Forward deployed pods work inside payments and financial institutions, agentic factories turn their requirements into working systems in weeks, and the platform is what remains when the pod leaves. Networks recognize the agent, protocols define the messages and wallets hold the money; Decentra sits above all of them and competes with none of them head-on.

Built, scaled and sold payments before.
Decentra is led by operators who have built and scaled payments and financial infrastructure businesses. The team has run card acquiring at two of the largest U.S. processors, built a bank alliance portfolio valued at more than $32 billion, helped take a merchant services company through an IPO and a $1.65 billion acquisition, and co-founded a payments company that sold for $960 million. It has led the technology behind a $650 million business and more than 120 engineers, built AI systems since 2002 and crypto infrastructure since 2010, and run card-network dispute operations at the certification level.
Eight leaders across payments, AI, capital markets and enterprise technology, with ten patent-pending filings invented in house and national patent counsel behind them.
